John Quemard
Business Owner President of the Jersey Estate Agents AssociationJohn has worked in the property industry for most of his working life and acquired Watson Homes in July 2025. John has established various local businesses and built an established Estate Agency business with offices located at both Seaton Place and King Street, St. Helier. Aside from sales, John has developed a large portfolio of property management across the island and has a strong influence over the local rental market. His hobbies include playing piano in luxury hotels, metal detecting and enjoying trips to France on his boat. Please contact John with your property enquiry.
Carol Watson
Senior Executive MNAEACarol’s passion has always been to provide her clients with a friendly and professional service that is second to none when they are looking to buy, sell, let or rent a property. I am proud to be a member of the Jersey Estate Agents Association, who abide by a Code of Conduct. Carol has worked in the Estate Agency business for 17 years, and before this, Carol was employed as a Mortgage Manager for 12 years and has a wealth of knowledge on both sides of the property market.
